Amy Wardana

Amy Wardana washed up on the shores of yoga physically exhausted, mentally drained and spiritually spent. She soon learned yoga was a powerful tool that could be used to heal, nurture and restore balance.

After completing a 200 hour teacher training with Cindy Dollar, Amy began teaching in 2014. She has committed her life to healing, awakening and to the evolution of consciousness. In her classes, she compassionately guides students to their edge using breath, touch, and classical postures.

She has been most influenced by the teachings of Philip Clift, Gabriel Halpern, B.K.S. Iyengar, Kino MacGregor, and Stephen Cope. Amy has a BA in counseling from Johnson University. In her spare time she loves to write, travel and adventure with her husband and daughter.

She aspires to shape her life around Isak Dinesen's quote, "May I live and so serve the world, so that after me there should never again be birds in cages."

Amy Wardana is currently not instructing any classes.
