Jamie Raper
Client Relations Manager, Buti Yoga Instructor
Jamie has a Health and Wellness degree and was fitness coordinator while serving in the US Navy. Her background is Boxing and CrossFit. She found yoga 2 years ago after she hit her “rock bottom” and realized it was time to love her body/mind not punish/break it. Her passion for Buti came from just that. Getting out of her head and into her body. Letting the movement guide her into a new joy for life. She truly feels like Buti called her home to awaken her own power. Her passion for the community is something you can’t miss and she brings a fire for life with her into any class she teaches. She lives by the saying #alwaysdown and thrives on getting comfortable in the uncomfortable. Her goal is to share the gift of yoga with everyone so they can see their own potential while always remaining a student herself and continuing to learn from her amazing Renegade family and beyond!
If you can’t find her doing yoga you’ll probably catch her in the Mountains as she plans to hike the Appalachian Trail next year.

BUTI Yoga
All Buti classes utilize spiral structure technique to facilitate the release + toning of the body - physical, emotional and energetic. Through primal movement, dynamic asana and cardio-sprints, students breakdown the emotional barriers that hold them back from achieving self-love and true human connection. Music guides our classes like an internal GPS to avoid having to listen to 8 counts or reps. The beat blended movement forces you out of your head and INTO YOUR BODY. It is in THIS magical place that you integrate your human experience instead of escape it. All formats incorporate elements of shaking + vibration to help release stored trauma and stimulate cellular reorganization.
The word "Buti" is derived from an ancient Indian maranthi word meaning "the cure for something hidden or kept secret". Buti yoga teaches that the power to heal oneself can come from within. Buti Yoga is a fusion of primal movement, tribal dance and plyometrics (jump training) blended into a dynamic yoga practice. Buti utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique which sculpts + tones deep abdominal muscles which strengthen and tone the body. This practice is challenging, unique, non-traditional, and most of all FUN. Buti is a transformational practice from the inside out. All levels welcome. Bring a non-slip mat (cause you are gonna SWEAT) + water. SWEAT X CONNECT X THRIVE *music may contain explicit lyrics.

Yin Yoga
Delicious Yin. Starting with warming the body with movement through a series of asanas connected by the breath. Yin yoga is a relaxing, and recuperative practice. Intended to leave you feeling warm, stretched, softened, and relaxed. Better.
